Sales Tuners, founded by former Slingshot SEO and Compendium salesman Jim Brown in May 2016, plans to add 25 full-time jobs by the end of 2021 and make a capital investment of $365,800 to spur growth plans. The company, based at Launch Fishers, is a sales-training firm that took its name from a sales-oriented podcast Brown started in 2016 as a hobby. The company plans to hire employees who can provide group training for salespeople, one-on-one coaching and strategic advising for executives. The IEDC offered Sales Tuners up to $255,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $50,000 in training grants based on the job-creation plans.
