Milto Cleaners & Laundry is a family owned and operated business with headquarters located in Greenwood, Indiana. In addition to its local retail operations, Milto Cleaners is recognized as a national leader in the Smoke, Fire and Water Restoration services industry.
The company plans to invest more than $1.3 million to build a new 30,000 square foot distribution facility to support its restoration services. Milto will initially occupy 10,000 sf and is searching for tenants for the balance of the space. The project will create just 2 new jobs.
The City of Greenwood offered local property tax abatement in support of the project in the approximate amount of $169,000.
