INDIANAPOLIS
– An Indianapolis-based Software-as-a-Service company is planning to expand its central Indiana operations. Catipult.AI, which has developed an artificial intelligence platform to help businesses manage and track strategic goals, says it will invest more than $2.6 million to secure a larger office space in Indy and create up to 51 jobs by the end of 2024.

Catipult.AI currently operates out of its office on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. The company says it will begin hiring for sales, marketing and product development positions in the second half of the year.

“Indianapolis is the perfect place to grow a tech business,” said Peter Fuller, president of Catipult.AI. “There is a growing technology hub here, and we are excited to be a part of that growth.”

The company’s platform was launched last year and in December, Catipult received $80,000 in seed funding from the Elevate Nexus Pitch Competition.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. has offered Catipult.AI up to $1 million in tax credits and training grants, which the company will not be eligible to claim until Hoosier workers are hired for the new jobs.

Last July, Fuller appeared on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick to talk about the platform. You can watch the full interview below:
