Zionsville, IN: It has been a waiting game for DK Pierce but their new building in Creekside Corporate Park has finally finished construction. The company has invested about $4.5 million for the new building. That includes the cost of purchasing the 2.17 acres of land, building materials and everything inside. DKP consulting services assists biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies by providing strategic and tactical services across the entire drug life cycle. Their new building is located at 5400 W. 106th St. and has 17,500 square feet.
The company currently has 19 employees. They are looking to hire 15 more in the next two years. Pierce is a longtime Zionsville resident. She has lived here for more than 25 years after spending 17 years traveling with different bio-pharmaceutical companies. She started the company in 2000 and moved into their first office on Ninth Street in a 5,000 sf building and then doubling its size through renovations in 2007.
